As a physician, psychotherapist and healer my goal is to work with you to create a treatment approach centered around you as an individual, based on your unique needs and wishes. I did my residency at New York University. I am a board certified psychiatrist. I had psychoanalytic psychotherapy training. I have research experience. I have extensive experience in psychotherapy and prescribing medications for a wide range of issues.
I can work with another psychotherapist and do only medication management if needed or, alternatively, treat without medication whenever possible. I am involved in creative endeavors, mainly writing. I speak German and Turkish, also.
