SPECIAL MEAL ITEMS
Cesur has been in the restaurant business featuring Mediterranean cuisine for quite some time. He figured that with his experience and desire, he could offer a unique and fresh quality of authentic Turkish food to Lehigh Valley that goes above the usual expectations. Cesur’s sisters Sezer and Suna and his brother in-law Murat also shared this passion and they all agreed to bring their expertise together and alas…Anatolian Kitchen was born. , 
Just for Kids
For kids, we offer Turkish meatballs along with fries, as well as other main dishes such as hamburgers, chicken fillets, and gyro sandwiches. Each selection includes a small choice of soda.

All the different kinds of kebabs one can imagine, with all the different sandwiches!

Be sure to check out our specials during the day! Our bakery chef is famous for coming up with innovative creations in the kitchen. Don’t be afraid to ask for a sampler!
FEATURED DAILY
Fresh Turkish salad and vegetables
We serve fresh sides of Turkish salads that come along with tasty fresh tomatoes and Turkish feta. Did we mention the bread is freshly baked on premise?
 

Soups and Deserts
Was someone asking for some fresh baklava? Well we have it! We also have two special types of pudding, including a rice pudding (sutlac) and a custard-like pudding (kazandibi). Along with this comes a variety of hot traditional Turkish soups.
