Adnan is an associate in the firm’s EMEA private equity team, within the wider Global Mergers & Acquisition practice. His focus is primarily on advising private equity houses and other financial sponsors on a range of transactions including acquisitions, equity investments and disposals, as well as M&A and other transactions for portfolio clients.
Prior to joining White & Case, Adnan worked for a magic circle firm in London, where he also spent six months on secondment in Milan.
