F. S. Gurk, Esquire

Attorney F.S. Gurk obtained his undergraduate degree at Villanova University in 1995 and his J.D. degree from Touro Law School in 2000. After law school, Mr. Gurk began his practice of law with a well-respected firm, trying major civil jury cases in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Later, he founded “Gurk Law Firm” and maintains a large and vigorous practice throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Currently he is the head of our firm’s Personal Injury Department and handling major injury cases which includes plane crashes, nursing home neglect cases and fatal construction accidents. His practice also includes medical malpractice cases against well-known hospitals.

Mr. Gurk is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and he is a member of American Association for Justice. He is fluent in Turkish.
