The American Turkic Business Council (ATBC) was established in 2005 at Houston, Texas by a group of business owners and professionals to facilitate commerce between the U.S, Turkic and other countries as well as to establish partnerships, among businesses and organizations. Through the ATBC, American and Turkic companies collaborate to establish partnerships and advocate for economic, legal, and political policies that expand bilateral trade between the United States and Turkic Countries, open new markets to foreign direct investment, and create employment opportunities in Turkic Countries and southwest of the USThe ATBC is a 501© 6 non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization aiming to promote and increase the bilateral trade potential and investment levels between Turkic Countries and the United States. ATBC acts as a liaison between companies and countries to increase trade volume and create more business opportunities.
The ATBC is headquartered in Houston, Texas and has representatives in six cities including Houston, Dallas, Austin, Odessa Midland, College Station and San Antonio. ATBC also has offices in New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kansas and Oklahoma. ATBC is a volunteer driven organization and gets all of its funding mostly through local membership services, projects and sponsors.
American Turkic Business Council’s publications and communications strategy ensures the broadest possible visibility for the Chamber and makes its voice heard where it matters. Our publications are distributed not only to our members but also to leaders of companies, international organizations, and government offices in Texas and surrounding states
Regular ATBC networking and business development events are held in all cities where we have a representatives in southwest of the United States. Business focused Workshops, Business Forums, Roundtables, and Conferences feature experts in the business community, Congressional Talk series, and highlight and promote discussion about current business issues. Social, including the Awards Gala, Monthly happy hours allow our members to share experiences, build relationships and build a cohesive sense of community.
